Above is a link to the just announced "Senior Emergency Medical Care Representative" state civil service exam. This is the official title of everyone in the Bureau of EMS we commonly know as "State EMS Reps", and includes most all of the Bureau's professional level staff both in the field and the Albany Central Office.

Please note:

1) The application deadline is October 23, 2013.

2) There will be no written test. The examination will consist of an evaluation of your training and experience.

It has been several years since the last exam, so we're asking for your help in spreading the word that this test is once again being offered and encouraging anyone who is qualified to apply.
