Congrats, Mike! Well deserved!

From the Empress EMS Website:

Congratulations to our own Lt. Michael Blecker who will be honored as ALS Provider of the Year at the New York State Vital Signs EMS Conference on Saturday October 26th. Mike was also awarded the ALS Provider of the Year by the Westchester Regional EMS Council in the spring. We at Empress remain proud of the excellent work all of our providers do in the field!
