Location: 293 Furnace Dock Road (Charles Cook Pool property)

District: Montrose Fire
Montrose Units: 2273 (IC), 2272, E121, E122, TL8, R51

Buchanan Units: 2552, E161, U12 (Cascade), U4 (Rehab)

Mohegan Units: E255 w/ FAST

Croton Units: 2083, E119 w/ FAST

Verplanck Units: U30 (Rehab)

Cortlandt EMS: 8811, 88B1, 88B2

Verplanck E128 on standby in own HQ.

Description: Fire in single-story wood-frame structure (art studio/classrooms) 40 x 40.

10:24 - Montrose, with Buchanan & Verplanck on Standby, for roof fire.

10:26 - E122 responding.

10:28 - E121 responding.

10:30 - TL8 responding.

10:32 - R51 responding.

10:35 - 2273 on location, transmit 10-75 heavy smoke showing.

10:36 - Mohegan FAST, Buchanan Cascade, Cortlandt EMS, Battalion 10 dispatched.

10:41 - E161 responding.

10:42 - E257 responding to Station 4 to pick up E255.

10:44 - Command requesting E161 in place of U12.

10:45 - E255 responding to HQ to pick up manpower.

10:50 - Command reports a 40 x 40 single story structure, heavy smoke still looking for fire.

10:55- IC requests EMS for FF w/ knee injury. Cortlandt VAC & 35M2 handling.

10:56 - E257 w/ FAST responding.

10:59 - Command reports fire thru the roof.

11:11 - 60 Control advising Battalion 10 that Mohegan HQ called, stated that 226-42 on scene at Montrose fire asking for more manpower. Bat 10 (per the IC) reports no further manpower is needed.

11:13 - Battalion 10 reports partial roof collapse, rear of structure.

11:19 - E257 w/ FAST on location.

11:34 - U12 responding.

11:50 - Bat 10 reports Mohegan FAST going to work, requesting Croton FAST as well as Buchanan bus for rehab to scene.

11:52 - 2083 responding, TL44 to Station 2 with FAST members.

11:55 - E119 responding as FAST.

11:56 - U12 on location.

12:05 - E119 on location, walking up.

13:18 - Verplanck U30 (Bus) dispatched for rehab.

13:28 - U30 responding.

13:38 - 2272 on scene, 2273 remains in command.

13:45 - U4 responding.

14:24 - U4 on location.

15:16 - Bat 10 reports building is in process of being demolished.

15:20 - 2273 placing fire under control.

15:35 - EMS taking 2 MOS to hospital for cold weather exposure.
