Mobile command is what it sounds like.

Incident management is something of a logistics office for a prolonged operation.

Mobile Operations can be used at large scale public events, setup ahead of time to manage dept. units. Think UN general assembly week or the pope speaking at Yankee Stadium

There are two MCC's

Back has a table with a small conference setup.

Front is a long row of work stations on both sides.

Lots of radios , ACU and communications equipment.

Spare Radios, EFAS setups and other things that the Field Comm would have.

Planning is part of the IMT

It has a small work station in rear for large scale printer for MAPs

Front section has push out side with bench and table. Once pushed out the table can be doubled in side and have chairs around the side without the bench. The vehicle doesn't have radio gear like the MCC more of a mobile office with printers, phones and computer connections.

Operations unit is a smaller MCC style unit.

The IMT vehicle is used by the FDNY Incident Management Team at larger incidents. I just saw it in Times Square for the Super Bowl last month. They run the IMT out of it and you may find the IC, planning, logistics, and/or operations using it depending on what's going on at the time.
