Description: Heavy fire on the second and third story of a 3 story OMD. Yonkers FD units which were relocated to Mount Vernon while standing by for another second alarm in the city. Yonkers FD L-70, and Pelham Manor TL-3 made rescue of trapped resident upon arrival. MVFD resources committed to another 2nd alarm fire in the city when this was dispatched.
