- OC911 alerting Howells and Otisville; Howells (1) Engine and Otisiville (1) Engine & (1) Tanker to stand by in their own quarters.

2010hrs-Mount Hope Car-1 on scene advising working fire, requesting 1st alarm assignment.

2014hrs-Command requesting Otisville w/(1) Engine and (1) Tanker to the scene.

2027hrs-OC911 alerting Middletown; (1) Engine to re-locate to Howells for stand-by.

2028hrs-OC911 alerting Pocatello; stand by in quarters for Mount Hope.

2035hrs-Command advising that the bulk of the fire is k/d, starting to overhaul.
