WCVFA Convention 2014?

I heard that there won't be a WCVFA Convention parade this year. Apparently no department wants to host it. Is there any truth to this?

I predict less and less parades in the future, with the exception of Memorial Day parades. It is a HUGE pain in the ass for the hosting department most of the time.
