Mohegan Engine 257 (I believe) (F.A.S.Team Cars 2262, 2264, 2265, 2266

Continental Village Engine on standby at PVFD headquarters

Putnam Valley VAC and Medic 2

Putnam County Fire Investigation Team

Freq's 46.38, 46.44/46.54, 46.50, 46.30, 155.205, 453.275

Upon arrival of first units--heavy fire showing through roof and front of structure (a/b,a/c)

(1) 2 1/2 LINE AND (2)1 3/4 LINES STRETCHED

5" supply laid from the end of the driveway to the scene for supply.

1st Crew sent to cool the propane tank on the B side as the

2nd line was being advanced into the D side of the structure.

Aprox. 0750 fire knocked down and extensive overhaul began.

Fire was ruled accidental by the Putnam Investigation team

All units clear at 1016
