1508hrs-OC911 alerting Pine Bush for the working structure fire, Pine Bush Car-3 confirming a working fire.

1509hrs-Pine Bush Car-3 requesting a 2nd Alarm.

1510hrs-OC911 alerting Bullville & Circleville; Bullville (1) Engine to the fill site on Gillespie Pond and Circleville FAST to the scene.

1516hrs-Command now requesting Bullville's Engine to the scene and for OC911 to back fill an Engine to the full site.

1512hrs-OC911 alerting Walden and Montgomery; Walden (1) Truck to stand-by Pine Bush Station-1 and Montgomery (1) Engine to stand-by Pine Bush Station-2.

1519hrs-Circleville unable to fulfill FAST request.

- OC911 alerting Middletown; FAST to the scene in Pine Bush.

1520hrs-OC911 re-sounding Montgomery; all available manpower requested for the stand by request in Pine Bush.

- Pine Bush Car-1 advising he's en-route

1522hrs-Pine Bush Car-3 requesting a re-sound for all available manpower to the scene.

- OC911 also advising they are awaiting the status of apparatus from Ulster and Sullivan Counties.

1527hrs-Middletown Car-1, the Truck and FAST en-route.

1533hrs-Command requesting a rush on Orange&Rockland, primary lines down and impeding operations.

- OC911 conducting the 20 minute status check. Command advising multiple lines in operation, still have active fire.

1625hrs-Command advising exterior ops only, Ladder up and operating.

1722hrs-Command advising bulk of the fire is knocked down, checking for hot spots.

1741hrs-36-4 clearing the scene.
