12:07 Mount Vernon Fire Dispatch advising they have requested DPW with a sander, ascertaining from Battalion 3 whether they need a rehab to the scene for weather conditions

 

12:14 Battalion 3 reporting fire knocked down, 2 lines stretched, overhauling
