Description:  BOLO 2011 Black Subaru FJG3414, Suspect Kevin Stack,  wanted for domestic, threw female out of car on the Thruway near Exit 7 (Ardsley). Still in the vehicle is a 3 year old female and a 6 year old boy. Destination believe to be 5 Skyline Drive in Hawthorne along with a residence in Mount Vernon. Mount Pleasant PD checking Skyline Drive, Mount Vernon checking an address in Mount Vernon. Hotline placed.
