Description: Structure Fire

0954hrs-OC911 alerting Montgomery for the reported structure fire, 911 receiving numerous calls.

 - Montgomery Car-2 responding.

 

0955hrs-MFD Car-2 requesting the 2nd Alarm due to the number of calls.

 - OC911 alerting Pine Bush and Bullville; Pine Bush Rescue and Bullville Tanker to the scene.

 

0956hrs-OC911 alerting Circleville and Silver Lake; their FAST to the scene.

 

1000hrs-Montgomery Car-2 on scene with a fully involved structure fire.

 

1002hrs-Command requesting his Tanker Task Force.

 - OC911 inquiring if Command wants MLSS SORT or just an ALS ambulance. Command requesting the ALS ambulance. Command advising (-) victims, he has the homeowner with him and the house is vacant.

 

1003hrs-Walden Truck240 responding.

 

1004hrs-FAST en route.

 - OC911 alerting Pine Bush & Walden; additional mutual aid request, (1) tanker from each department to the scene.

*several Ulster Co. Tankers requested as well.

 

1006hrs-Command requesting a State Forest Ranger to the scene. Advising he has a large brush fire with heavy winds.

 

1008hrs-FAST on the scene.

 

1009hrs-OC911 moving Campbell Hall E900 from stand by duty to the fill site.

 - 36-12 on the scene.

 

1010hrs-OC911 alerting Orange Lake; (1) Engine to re-locate Montgomery FD.

 

1011hrs-Pine Bush Rescue & Walden Truck on the scene.

 - Maybrook Engine on the scene.

 

1017hrs-OC911 conducting a status check. Command advising still have heavy fire, numerous handline's in operation.

 

1027hrs-OC911 conducting a status check. Command advising still have fire throughout with numerous lines still in operation. Command requesting county tones to advise no interior operations. Also requesting Central Hudson.

 

1029hrs-Campbell Hall Chief requesting Washingtonville on all structural related calls while they operate in Montgomery.

 

1030hrs-Command now confirming the utility company is NYSEG, not Central Hudson.

 

1037hrs-36-12 with an additional mutual aid request; (1) Engine to the scene and (1) Engine to the fill site.

 - Orange Lake Engine on stand-by moved to the scene.

 

1038hrs-OC911 alerting Silver Lake; (1) Engine to the fill site in Montgomery.

 

1039hrs-OC911 alerting Mechanicstown; (1) Engine to re-locate Montgomery's firehouse.

 

1051hrs-36-12 advising main body of fire knocked down, still have (2) handline's in operation. 

 - 36-12 re-directing Silver Lake's engine to the scene instead of the fill site.

 

1100hrs-OC911 conducting a status check. 36-12 advising heavy fire knocked down, (2) lines still in operation.

 

1102hrs-36-12 advising as per command, placing the fire under control, extensive overhaul, 911 can discontinue the status checks.
