does anybody know where i can get firefighter first responder training and certification and what the requirments are?

efdny2003...I am a bit confused by your post. Are you maybe referring to New York State Certified First Responder, which is more on an EMS level?

If so, you can check with your local ambulance corps, hospitals or even colleges for upcomming courses.
