Should also be noted that Orange COunty HAZMAT, Orange Car 1, as well as the Mechanicstown/Goshen Collapse Rescue team was sent to this but got turned about about 15 minutes after dispatch

East Fishkill was toned out for a structural collapse at a building under construction. East Fishkill's Rescue truck was OOS, so New Hackensack's was dispatched to the scene. Village of Fishkill with their FAST, as well as Goshen's (Orange County) Collapse Rig. Didn't hear about the HAZMAT team called, am curious though. Victims were removed from structure, both flown out to WMC.
