YONKERS FD: Ridge Hill bunker to be removed

Heard unconfirmed yesterday, that the entire Ridge Hill site will be lowered by 30 feet.

So the Yonkers FD bunker will obviously be relocated. It is possible a smaller version of Ridge Hill might be built and maybe the site won't need to be lowered.
