How much room would you need or how many trucks?

Under the Warburton Bridge in Hastings-on-Hudson there is a huge parking lot for train comuters.

You could try the Westchester County Center. Not that big though, can't fit a large number of apparatus inside, but if during the spring or summer months you can have it indoors for vendors and have the apparatus outdoors in the back parking lot. Not sure if this is the type of event you had in mind???

No what i ment was if there are any shows that are like annual car shows around westchester where guys could just chill out for the day and talk about apparatus and good technequis other ff's use.
