out of curiosity?

on the homepage of the emtbravo website as of 03-04-06 regarding the yonkers mva on 2-27-06,,,,,,,are the two men (poss. esu cops) in the picture with the shaved heads brothers?????( they look like they could be twins.....it maybe a dumb question but my curiosity is getting the best of me.
