  3. Totally understand for a stepping stone, but there are people on the list who just want to be dispatchers and never get the chance The system just doesn't work
  4. Civil service prevents you from hiring the best candidate just because you score high doesn't mean your the best I know people who score high who couldn't get through the training
  5. Chief If I am not mistaken the chosen candidates have months of training ahead of them before you can see if they can cut it They should hire people who want to be dispatchers not someone waiting to get hired by PD or FDs

  11. Outlets on the front bumper are for the Holmatro CORE system. Front suction clearance is tight. Yes i am apart of Sleepy Hollow
