Why is this even still a conversation? Everyone has their own opinion... some say No others say NOPE! and some say yes and OF COURSE! let's leave it at what it is as of now... YOUR departments choice and when and if the state decides to bring this up, then we should re-visit it.

I must disagree as well. Im 18 and got my permit at 16 on the dot. I've been driving pick up trucks, plowing, and using the same mirrors fire apparatus are configured with for 2 years (obviously thats not alot compared to alot of other members on this site).However, I think it all depends on the person behind the wheel. In my department you are required to take EVOC before you can become a driver, and that is something I agree with. As they state in that class on the first day, some people are meant to drive and others aren't. I don't think age has anything to do with it. But maturity, patience, professionalism, and skill does.

Helicopper makes a very good point. While Cessna is popular for its single prop aircraft. There is also its Citation, and Soverign (spelling?) series. Which are turbine corporate aircraft with a much higher load capacity... and as seen in 2009, there's no Hudson river up here godforbid there's a bird strike of that caliber as seen on U.S. Airways 1549.

Probably wont see these guys at HPN. As B6 is fading towards the E190 on most routes into HPN. Is that indeed the official winglet? Or are they remaining with the current signature triangle winglet? Either way... interesting choice on JBLU's end.
