  4. Yes, I have friends who use all different types. A good friend of mine just recieved the newest one(link below) they said it works even better. Also, not sure if your familiar with it, but Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort uses something similar to it (or even the same) and they had hundreds of them, so that proves they are top notch. Heres the link to the ones we have: http://pointofviewca...o2-outdoor.html Hope that helps..

  11. Very nice rig.. Good luck to you folks with it.
  12. Link: http://www.lohud.com...|text|Frontpage VERY sad to hear such a thing like this. My prayers are with the entire NRFD & Keith's family and friends.
  13. Yes, that replaced a 05(?) which is now Utilty 81. All new chief cars will be painted white from now on. The reason why you saw the red suburban not in use @ HQ was because of a vacant chief spot. There was no 1st assistant chief, so one car would not be used and that one was it. Now all 3 are being used.
  14. Exactly!! They wouldn't be getting it if they really didn't "Need" it.. obviously, nothing nice is EVER said about a department getting a new rig.
  15. I was not trying to start a "bash" on any department, from my opinion they looked unprofessional, thats my opinion. You and everybody else have yours, too. I am sure they were having fun and won trophies in the past years and their reputation is excellent, thats great.
  16. From News 12, 1800 to 2200 is when Westchester should be getting hit. Also there is a tornado watch in effect until 9pm for Dutchess County.
  17. I just wish that said SNOW.. In all seriousness, I was sent this photo from a family member with the caption of " another one rollin' in.." taken on the Hudson. Stay Safe! (And hope you didn't wash your car today! )
  18. I totally understand where your going with that. But people like me who don't know everything about who's doing what and whos playing a joke on who. They're in front of many people and that apparent "joke" was only a joke to about 20 guys at most (one department, at a parade) Not to start any arguments or anything..
  19. Thank you, JBE for sharing your great photos. Nice job..
  20. Somers FD 2442 (One of the blurry ones unfortunately)
  21. The 2nd photo makes them look VEEERRYY unprofessional. No offense to anyone but really?
