Date: 12/19/2006 Time:00:38 Location: 8 Park Av off RT45 near Summit Park School Frequency: 46.18 Units Operating: Dept 6 Hillcrest , Spring Valley Dept 17 FAST to scene Description Of Incident: Working structure fire Writer: TR54 00:38 44 Control dispatched as Signal 12 reported by a FD member. 00:39 6-1 Responding , 44 control received second call from screaming female reporting a fire . 00:40 Dept 17 Spring Valley F.A.S.T. toned out to respond. 00:41 6-1 on scene Establishing Command, Working fire ,1 story residence heavy volume of flame through the roof. 00:42 6 Command requests power company to respond for electric lines down , also EMS needed for possible victims 00:44 6 Command requests 2 1/2 line stretched to the front door, hydrant opposite the fire building. 00:50 Units switching to F3 for communications.
