Upon arrival, units determined a working structure fire. Command updated the 10-75 requesting Bedford Hills FAST and a Yorktown tanker. After only two minutes, command requested 2 more times from Katonah and Millwood. Units operated for over two hours.

Date: 1-30-14 Time: 17:34 Incident Type: 5 MVA with Entrapment Location: Route 35 and Cherry St. District: Katonah Units: Katonah FD: Cars 2211, 2212, 2213, R17, E115, U8 45M1, 45M2, 45 Medic Supervisor KBHVAC 65B1, 65B2 Somers FD/EMS: 80B1 Bedford PD Description: Reported MVA with possible entrapment, Upon arrival, car 2212 advised incoming units that extrication was needed. Katonah FD quickly extricated the victims. Somers EMS responded mutual aid, as KBHVAC had transported two separate victims. Total of 3 transported with injuries and 5 cars involved. Units cleared around 18:55.

Date: 1/22/14 Time: 17:24 Incident Type: Reported Basement Fire Location: 5 The Terrace District: Katonah Units: Katonah FD: Cars 2211, 2212, 2213, E115, L39, E116 Bedford Hills FD: Car 2031, TL57, E199 Mount Kisco FD: Cars 2283, 2284, U13 (FAST) South Salem FD: E167 Relocate - Cancelled Croton Falls FD: E148 Relocate - Katonah FD HQ Battalion 16 WEMS 45 Medics KBHVAC 65B1 Description: Reported Basement Fire. Car 2212 arrived on location stating heavy smoke throughout the structure. 10-75 assignment engaged. Update: Fire contained to the dryer, negative extension. Units vented and cleared.

District: Chappaqua Units: Chappaqua FD, Millwood FD, Mount Kisco FD, New Castle PD, WEMS, Chappaqua VAC, C&O Zone 5 Stand by: Pleasantville FD was standing by at Chappaqua FD HQ Description: Dispatched to a residential alarm at 27 Aldridge Rd. Upon arrival, heavy fire was blowing out the first floor windows. 10-75 brought firefighters from Millwood FD and Mount Kisco FD to the scene. Firefighters were still dousing hot spots around 7am.

Engine 273 enroute involved in an MVA with negative injuries.

Upon arrival, 2581 confirmed a working fire, requested 10-75. This fire appeared to be a good stop.

When units arrived, CPR was in progress. Man was transported by KBHVAC and was pronounced dead.
