    Description: 2nd Alarm Structure Fire
    1330hrs-36-13 inquiring if Fire Investigators were on the 2nd Alarm. OC911 advising that the Town of Newburgh FIs were notified.
    1331hrs-OC911 conducting a 10 minute status check. Command advisng still have heavy fire.
    1332hrs-City of Newburgh Car-4 & E1 on scene.
    1343hrs-OC911 conducting 20-minute status check. Command advising (3) lines still in operation.
    1347hrs-36-13 advising that Central Hudson is on scene.

    A Signal 30 Structure Fire at 217 Osbourne Rd. in the Town of Colonie. Fire started in garage and quickly spread to house. Fire duration is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes which included an evacuation due to possible roof collapse.
