Ok.....I went home and got my laptop....I have ALOT of pics to upload, and I will be posting them tonight.. They will be in chronological order from my arrival. 2 Kittens were found under the trailer after it was knocked down and removed to the vet. They were returned to the scene with a clear bill of health.

Luck me....work the 4 x 12 for eight hours, then mandated on the overnight for another 9......17 hours...Yay. Someone please tell me why I drag my a** outa bed at 530 this morning to deer hunt?

Well...seeming how I cam ein to work 8 hours, but am getting stuck doing 17....I'll have mine up tonight...if I burned them to this CD right. **** Figures! I didnt burn it right...no pics from me!

I took my Den, Millbrook Den 6, Pack 31, on a "Go See It" to City of Poughkeepsie Station 2 to visit the firefighters for Fire Prevention Month. Knowing some of the members working I knew it would be a great day, but I underestimated just how much the boys loved it. Lt. Levin was a fantastic guide, showing the Scouts the REAL important aspects of both firefighting and "the JOB". Firefighters Cronk and Decuitis did great showing off their Truck, Tower Ladder 2, even letting the boys go into the bucket. It absolutely made their, and my day. Many thanks to the PFD and the members of the Local 596! Lt. Levin addresses the Scouts; FF Cronk setting up TL2 FF Decuitis showing the Scouts how the bucket works. MY Boy!

I gave him the option.....tan like JHK or black......he asked, "what color does Poughkeepsie wear?" Black it is......
