  2. Port Chester fire Dept Rescue 40 in committee now for a new rig
  3. More then enough space and you have another engine when needed , also it you have man power problems one less driver

  7. Update again 2015 KME tower waiting for tow after it broke down again in the travel park that I winter in
  8. Horry County getting ready to take KME to court for the crap they sold them lest year . Engines and tower ladders o/s more then in and no end in site . Trucks out of service for weeks at a time and a few parked for the time that they got here . This is my winter home and Sta #7 is right out my door . The firefighters are very unhappy with this order because they waited a long time to get good front line rigs.   17. 5 of the 8 have been picked by other depts. in the area and nothing has happened to soon to be ex chief [ midnight ] . But the new chiefs coming are the same . Sad very sad spent 2 weeks there before going south for winter and never heard a box call filled out , some 1 engine only showed .
  18. Still the same in Port Chester Willy , just spent two weeks in my home town before heading south and can't believe what's left of a once great dept.
  19. Was repowered when it was still in service in Millwood , A guess about 1985 or so . There is someone on here that knows this engine very well
