  8. I absolutely agree with the standardization of the Fire Service. As for change, I have seen a lot of good change throughout, some better than others. Some change that some want might not be the change needed though. All about the good ole words communication and understanding, not assumptions.
  9. Do not let "Hear Say" controlled by "Sour Grapes" determine M/A assignments. A few may lead you to believe a departments Manpower and Training is sub par when it is actually much better then stated.
