Maybe enforce was the wrong term but by the way people are now unless there's a cop with me there gannna pretty much ignore it and drive like they normally do when Im on the side of the road. Im not saying everyone one will but most people.

With this New law going into affect how is a tow truck driver (like me) suppose to enforce it? I know they will obey if a Leo behind the incident with the red lights activated, there going to obey the law anyway. Im talking about when there's no one but myself.

There was one still in the gold car but no entrapment the driver and pass of the camaro self extracated and a couple of minors that were transported

The impact from the camaro pushed the car back and onto the guard rail This 69 Camaro was fully redone with racing seats and a 5 point harness and a full roll cage

I wasn't there but my boss said he had pull the frame and trailor away from the dislodged cab so they could finish the cut he moved it about a foot
