I took these pics of Hamden CT's new squad. Squad 1 and Rescue 1 operate out of their house at Whitney and Dixwell Avenues, however are both temporarily relocated as the station is undergoing renovations. The squad replaced Engine 4, whose apparatus replaced Engine 5's old apparatus. These photos were taken in May 2009, I just found them again. I only had a small memory card at the time, so I wasnt able to grab many pics. Here are a couple shots of Squad 1 operating at a kitchen fire in November 2009.

I would like to thank the Elmsford FD for another excellent seminar. You guys run a top notch show. There was a great turnout and everyone undoubtly learned something today. Job well done! It was great to see everyone show up in the Great Storm of 2010 that was predicted!
