Firefighter Combat Challenge

Has anyone participated or is familiar with the Firefighter Combat Challenge? I've seen it on ESPN a couple of times but don't know of anyone in the New York metropolitan/Westchester area who has participated. Any info? Here's the link:

I know that it is similar to the transportation emergency rescue committee's (TERC) national extrication challenge. We were down in Vegas for FireRescue West and the firefigher challenge was supposed to be there too for their nationals but the event was cancelled. I know they have "local" challenges that allow the teams to advance to nationals.

A olong time ago - probably 6 or 7 years ago - I was on a FFCC Team.

Pretty cool - thet take care of their competitors as well as course volunmteers.
