New Westchester HazMat 1 Apparatus?

Journal news legal notices from 7/24/06 show that the county is accepting bids until 8/18/06 for a new "Haz Mat Response Vehicle."

Anyone know if this is to replace the current unit, or perhaps a second piece to the unit?

Very interesting, someone's got to know something here!

The current 1992 International/Summit is aging, and is kind of small for the increasing amount of equipment they carry.
