Behind the ALF Engine in this Yonkers FD bay, there appears to be a step van. I don't recall this being in YFD's fleet, is it and if so, what is it?

The truck comes out at big jobs and supplies drinks and snacks to the fireman and displaced residents. It is manned by Salvation Army personnel and everything given out is supplied by them. They also help the residents with other concerns regarding shelter and such things.
