What I think is the funniest is the Sanitation Police What's their nickname, New York's Smelliest?

As a tourist, the second funniest Law Enforcement thing is the NYPD golf carts and scooters.

even funnier than the sanitation police itself is the sanitation honor guard and the garbage truck that's either never been used or has been refurbed they use for parades & funerals. i guess they see themselves as one of the uniformed services.
