Vintage Ossining Rig?

While looking at a nice gallery of photos at the above web address I was surprised to see a photo of a 50's era open cab apparatus in the Greenville St., Dallas Tx., St Pat's Day Parade. What surprised me was the name on the hood, OSSINING! The pic was of the cab from windshield forward so no other lettering was shown except for a number 5 on the right side door near the upper hinge area. I think it is a Maxim. Does anyone know if this is an Ossining NY veteran rig?

That looks like the old Holla Hose Co. #5 Engine 100 that was replaced a few years ago with their current ALF. Cool find.

Thats actually the 56 Maxim that was replaced with the 78 Maxim.....pretty much looked like a mini version of the 78. Was owned by a collector in Texas and recently from my understanding sold. It was the Show Truck for the 2006 IAFC Show.

And Yes Rob that was pretty much a sister truck to this one.

The 1978 is in this picture from an mid 1990's Ossining Parade.....
