Has Construction At WC DES Begun?

I passed by WCDES the other day, and noticed construction fencing, construction trailers, and bulldozers surrounding the main building.

Has construction finally begun on the new building?

I'm looking foward most, besides the new training props, to the several bay addition on Bee Line Drive that houses all of DES's growing apparatus fleet.

What new props are being added? i know about the new mask confidence course and drafting pool upgrade.

I know they have begun the class A burn building...and reconstruction to the tower has begun.
