Time change for County Parade in Port Chester?

I've been notified of a start time change for the Port Chester Parade this Saturday . It is 3pm instead of 4 O'clock.

Can PCFD member comfirm this please .

Spoke to Dave ( running parade ) 2 weeks ago and he said 3pm start. trucks get judged in line of march.

Parade starts at 3 pm on Westchester Ave at Station 4 east to Main st, south past the south end firehouse to Midland Ave near Pathmark.
