Put Valley Serious PIAA 9/22?

Anyone have info on the PIAA on the Taconic yesterday? Sounded pretty serious involving a go-cart. Birds were grounded due to the weather, and thought they said there was an amputation as well as extrication.

It wasn't a go-cart it was a three wheel motocycle car thing two wheels in front one in back 50k guy had it out for test drive before buying it. had his leg trapped in the frame of the front end. It was like working on a formula one car.

Thanks for the extra info. I was just going from what I heard on the scanner, they said it was either a go-cart or a golf cart. Guess there wasn't an amputation either? I was over at West Point, and couldn't follow the entire incident.
