Quick, unrelated question but why is the Utility 41 considered a utility instead of a rescue. It has tools for life support, extrication and EMS as outlined by DES.

thats a good question, I asked them, but i cant get a straight answer on why it can't be called a rescue

You're absolutely correct, we do not need a pumper. We are establishing a rehab unit, and HFD graciously donated this vehicle to us.

i was under the impression that if a scene in mount pleasant needed a designated rehab unit we were to request 76B2. is this still sop until the mini attack is complete?

What is the plan for converting your old Mini Attack into a rehab unit. Are you going to remove the pump and build cabinets around it or are you going to leave it as is and put rehab equipment in the compartments.

I'm not sure what they're going to do as far as that, anyone from p'vac have any answers????
