yes Mamaroneck does have several cars with that siren its called the FS Rumbler

Whelen has one called the Howler (which the article is on), Federal was the first to introduce this to the market with the rumbler siren. Code3 does have a low frequency amplifier for there sirens as well.

We looked briefly at getting the rumbler for our new ambulance. It wasn't compatible with the Ford Chasis though.
