Any USED TOY Drop-off Points Around?

5 posts in this topic

Merry early Christmas, all... I have a 6yr old son who has more toys, trucks, cars, helicopters, balls and games than he could ever need and I really want to donate a few enormous bins of them. Any local FD's and/or PD's designated as drop-off points for the local churches? My own church wants only NEW toys (don't get me started on how much that irks me). Same for my son's school (again, don't go there).

All of this stuff is in great condition. Nothing broken, no missing pieces. There's just not enough room in my house and with Santa coming to bring MORE soon, any advice on where to bring it all would REALLY help me out. I'd also like my trunk back-it's loaded to the gills!

Try Affordable's on Main Street in Dobbs Ferry. They are a childrens 2nd hand store. You might even get some $$ for them.

Otherwise try some non profit day care centers.
