For anyone familiar with the area currently that is now the empty lot behind T&J's Pizza shop adjacent to the municipal parking lot.

Its terrible to have a fire any time of year but X-mas eve

My Group was on that night but since I was the Senior member I took the night off an the "new" guy covered me.Great initiation to frst Due all by yourself!

To think I live right next door to where that fire was... so I guess its true what they say about Port Chester everytime you see an empty lot that means the building burnt down....

I was working alone that night at Fire HQ manning Engine 58 when someone called on 700 the emer#. He told me that smoke was coming out of his closet on the third floor. three hours later Harrison engine 11 crew was on the roof of Fire HQ with a deck gun! ho ho ho what a nite!
