Bernard A. Hoffman, 84, of Hastings-on-Hudson died April 15, 2009. He was born in West Hempstead, L.I. to Frank and Rita Hoffman. He entered the US Army in 1943, 3rd Army 20th Armoured Division, serving in the European Theater. On July 3, 1949, he married Lillian Nelson. Bernie was the owner of the Hast ing House Restaurant for 44 years. He was a member of the F.A.S.N.Y., NYSAFC, WCVFA, HVVFA and Westchester County Parade Judges Association. He was also the past Chief of the Hastings-on-Hudson Hook & Ladder #1 and was the Westchester County Deputy Fire Coordinator for 21 years

Visiting 2-4 and 7-9PM
