Description Of Incident: Engine 17 o/s transmitting a Signal 73(Working Fire) for fire showing from the 2nd floor of a 2.5-story wood-frame OMD. Reports of a handicapped victim trapped on the 1st floor. Car 33(East Battalion Chief) transmitting a Signal 22(2nd Alarm) upon arrival. Victim found and removed from the structure shortly after. Numerous L/S/O's. All other searches negative. No injuries reported.
