Description Of Incident: Working fire in a 3 story residential. Originally called in as fire in the area of N. Regent and Westchester Ave. Arriving crews able to quickly determine location as 31 Summit Ave. E60 & U65 called to fill out the 10-75 assignment while E62 & 63 were on standby in quarters.
