They tell the Connecticut Post that since the beginning of this year, Roberge has used the emergency system 79 times, never for an emergency.

i think something should of been done after the 2nd non-emergency call.

obviously this guy doesn't realize.

I didn't know that service was available from 911, must be what all those phone surcharges are for.
