2000 Medium Rescue Truck for Sale

The Greenfielfd Fire District and the Maple Ave Fire Companyare selling their 2000 Central States Fire Apparatus Medium-rescue. It's on a Freightliner Chasis and has 19914 miles. The Vehilce is located at the Maple Ave Fire Company at 613 Maple Ave Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Here are the details, Photos are bellow...

Compartments:

1.Full height (extends completely through to passenger side) driver side compartment in front of rear wheel well with adjustable shelving and one width-wise slide out tray (currently used to store cribbing) (named compartment #1 in images).

2.Half-height driver side compartment over driver side rear wheel well (named compartment #2 in images). Compartment has one lower slide out tray and one upper roll down tray

3.Full height rear driver side compartment located to the rear of the rear driverside wheel well (named compartment #3 in images). Compartment has two (2) vertically mounted slide out tool shelves, assorted tool box shelving and one (1) 100 foot hard mounted electrical reel. This reel is equipped with an electric re-wind.

4.Full size rear compartment which houses two (2) deep pull out drawers (to which the Jaws of Life and hydraulic pumps are mounted). There are two (2) 100 foot electrically powered hydraulic hose reels which can be operated independently from each other.

5.Full size passenger side compartment located to the rear of the rear wheel well. Compartment has two (2) adjustable shelving, one (1) half sided pull down shelf, and one (1) full sized rollout compartment mounted on the bottom of the compartment (this is named compartment #4 in the images). This compartment also has a hard mounted 100 foot electrical reel equipped with an electric re-wind.

6.Half-height passenger side compartment over passenger side rear wheel well. Compartment has SCBA bottle shelf which can store six (6) 45 minute SCOTT (or equivalent sized) bottles. Compartment has one (1) adjustable full length shelf and one (1) full length pull down shelf mounted to the top of the compartment (this is named compartment #5 in the images).

7.Full size passenger compartment located to the front of the rear passenger wheel well. This compartment runs full length through the body to the other side compartment #1.

Equipment (Listing in no particular order):

1. 6 halogen light telescoping/rotating scene light (roof mounted).

2. Electrical generator PTO driven

3. 6 ton (12000 pounds) Ramsey winch mounted in front bumper assembly.

4. Two (2) detachable tripod halogen scene lights (mounted on the rear of the vehicle)

5. Two (2) driver side facing scene lights – mounted on the upper portion of the vehicle for maximum lighting

6. Two (2) passenger side facing scene lights – mounted on the upper portion of the vehicle for maximum lighting

Emergency Lighting:

1. Large halogen bar light

2. headlight flasher

3. two (2) red grill lights

4. rear facing strobe lights – mounted just beneath the rear brake lights

5. two (2) 360 degree rear facing strobes on the rear of the vehicle

6. three (3) side facing lower red strobes on both sides of the vehicle

7. Large yellow halogen recessed arrow stick mounted directly above the rear compartment (controls included in sale)

Miscellaneous:

1. Air conditioning is installed for both the driver cab and the rear passenger compartment

2. Siren speakers mounted in front bumper assembly on both the driver and passenger sides. Air horns mounted on the cab housing (siren is sold with vehicle)

3. All compartments are equipped with rollup doors

4. Four (4) 120 volt outlets are mounted for quick electrical connections (2 on each side)

5. Vehicle is equipped with “On-Spot” chains for the rear axle only.
