Description Of Incident: Battalion 1 o/s reporting smoke on the 17th floor of a 28-story high-rise OMD. Battalion 1 confirming a 10-29(Working Fire) and transmitting a 2nd Alarm. Fire on the 17th floor w/heavy smoke throughout the upper floors. Numerous L/S/O's w/standpipe system charged. Originally reported as a fire w/victims trapped. All searches negative. One victim treated o/s for smoke inhalation. No other injuries reported.
