Why doesn't the Pelham Manor FD keep it as their "Antique" and use it for parades. Seems to be a shame just to sell of such a classic piece of fire apparatus?

Sounds like a storage issue as to why they are parting with it. In the ebay ad it states they must get rid of it due to "quarters being condensed". It is a shame DPW or some other village storage site cannot hang on to it for the FD..

Looks like it first served up state in Pittsford Village...my cousin is a member there so i sent him the link. Maybe they want it back!?
