Police make arrests in Peekskill cab driver shooting

Cab driver was found shot to death in his cab. The victims wife is accused of having her husband killed for insurance money.

Can you believe that? And he was supposed to be a real gentleman, what a lousy way to wind it up.

As a former cab-driver, dispatcher and manager, I say outstanding job by Peekskill PD, God bless them.
