Reported fire on 3rd floor. Nothing showing upon arrival of 1st due units. Smoke condition found on 3rd floor. Located fire in bedrroom of one apt. 1 L/S/O. 2nd line stretched as backup. All hands working. Building evacuated and horizontal vent initiated.
