Description: Dispatched as structure fire with possible people trapped

19:53 Car 30 advised by dispatch they have people trapped on the third floor, on the line with the subjects now, Car 30 transmitting the second alarm while enroute

19:55 Dispatch advising Car 30 that the subjects are now out of the building

19:56 Engine 24 on scene, 3 story ordinary construction, heavy smoke showing, fire in the rear

19:56 Car 30 requesting dispatch contact PD to have them move their cars away from the fire scene
